By particing in Excercise Express events and programs you grant and authorize Excercise Express (hereinafter “EE Pathways”), the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of any and all pictures or video taken by EE Pathways or submitted to EE Pathways to be used in any way, including but not limited to print and digital communications, without payment and or any other consideration. This authorization extends to all media and formats now known or hereinafter devised. This authorization shall continue indefinitely.
