Rochester, New York–Your presence is requested at the upcoming Metro Boom ’N Health and

Harmony Expo presented by EE Pathways, scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 9th from 11am to 3pm at

Dr. Walter Cooper Academy School 10 located at 353 Congress Avenue in Rochester, NY.

The Metro Boom’N Health and Harmony Expo is a unique back to school event led by passionate teenagers who

have spent the last 6-weeks planning the expo as part of their responsibilities in the EE Pathways summer youth

employment program. This event aims to create awareness about the importance of health and wellness, particularly

among the youth, while also fostering unity and harmony as Rochester youth enter the 2023-2024 academic school

year.

Additionally, the youth apprentices created the Bicycle Fever Survey as they strive to empower our community with

valuable information about the resources and benefits of bicycling for Black and Brown individuals as offered by EE

Pathways. Your support at the Metro Boom ’N Health and Harmony Expo would be an invaluable source of

inspiration to our youth, empowering them to continue their efforts in promoting a healthier lifestyle among their peers.

Throughout the expo, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with health experts and experience various wellness

activities that cater to the unique needs of Black and Brown youth. The event features a live DJ, healthy foods and snacks,

local vendors with health and wellness resources, and various chances to win lunch gift cards by completing the Bicycle

Fever Survey. Your presence at the expo will provide you with the chance to connect with like-minded community leaders,

health professionals, and passionate advocates who share a common goal of nurturing a healthier and more harmonious

future for all.
